1. Overview

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. All sales of subscription plans are final and non-refundable except as specifically stated in this policy.

2. Available Plans

BlinkStudy offers the following subscription plans:

  • Free (₹0/month): 10 AI chats/day, 2 quizzes/day, 3 topic quizzes/day, 1 exam prep/day, 3 scan & solve/day, ad-supported with watermark
  • Starter (₹149/month): Unlimited AI chat, 5 quizzes/day, 10 topic quizzes/day, 3 exam prep/day, 10 scan & solve/day, ad-free, no watermark
  • Pro (₹399/month): Unlimited AI chat, 20 quizzes/day, unlimited topic quizzes & exam prep, 30 scan & solve/day, HD video quality, priority processing
  • Ultimate (₹899/month): Unlimited everything, 50 whiteboard videos/month, 100 PDF uploads/month, advanced analytics, up to 5 devices

3. Refund Policy

No Refunds For:

  • Used credits or partially consumed credit packages
  • Subscription fees for the current billing period
  • Voluntary subscription cancellations
  • Change of mind after purchase

Refunds May Be Issued For:

  • Technical Issues: If the Service fails to work due to our technical issues
  • Double Billing: If you were accidentally charged multiple times
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If you can prove the transaction was unauthorized
  • Service Not Delivered: If credits were not added to your account

4. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel:

  • In-App: Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to support@example.com
  • Timing: Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal

Effect of Cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Unused credits remain available for 30 days
  • You can reactivate anytime

5. Subscription Renewals

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You will be charged on the renewal date
  • No refunds for auto-renewals if cancellation wasn't processed
  • We send renewal reminders 3 days before billing

6. Daily Limits & Usage

  • Daily Limits: Chat messages, quizzes, scan & solve limits reset at 12:00 AM IST daily
  • Monthly Limits: Whiteboard videos and PDF uploads reset monthly
  • Unused Limits: Daily/monthly limits do not accumulate or carry over
  • Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately with new limits

7. Refund Request Process

To Request a Refund:

  1. Send an email to support@example.com
  2. Include your transaction ID
  3. Provide purchase date and amount
  4. Explain the reason for refund
  5. Attach relevant screenshots (if applicable)

Processing Time:

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

8. Special Cases

Technical Problems

  • We'll try to resolve technical issues first
  • Refunds considered if issues can't be resolved
  • Partial refunds may be offered for partial disruptions

Billing Errors

  • Report billing errors within 30 days
  • We'll investigate and correct genuine errors
  • Full refunds for confirmed billing mistakes

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Contact us first for any refund-related issues
  • We aim for amicable resolution
  • Legal recourse available as a last resort

10. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
