1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
1.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- Available ONLY for first-time subscribers (Basic/Pro plans)
- Valid for 7 days from the date of purchase
- Applies if you are unsatisfied with the service
- Full refund, no questions asked

4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 How to Cancel Subscription You can cancel your subscription anytime: Option 1: Through App/Website
- Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan
- Confirm cancellation
Option 2: Email Request

- Subject: "Cancel Subscription - [Your Mobile Number]"
- We will process within 24 hours
4.2 What Happens After Cancellation?
- Auto-renewal will be disabled
- You can continue using the plan until the current billing period ends
- Access to paid features will expire on the subscription end date
- Account will automatically downgrade to Free plan
- No refund for remaining days in the current month

- Subscribed on: Jan 1, 2025 (₹149 paid)
- Cancelled on: Jan 15, 2025
- Access until: Jan 31, 2025 (full month)
- Next billing: Cancelled (no charge on Feb 1)
- Refund: None (used 15 days)
4.3 Reactivation
- You can resubscribe anytime
- No penalty or waiting period
- Previous history/data retained (as per plan limits)
5. AUTO
-RENEWAL & CHARGES 5.1 Auto-Renewal
- All subscriptions auto-renew monthly
- Payment charged 1 day before renewal date
- Email/SMS reminder sent 3 days before renewal
- Cancel anytime to stop auto-renewal
5.2 Failed Auto-Renewal
- 3 retry attempts over 3 days
- Service suspended after failed attempts
- 7 days grace period to update payment method
- Account downgrades to Free plan after 7 days
6. PLAN UPGRADES & DOWNGRADES
6.1 Upgrade (Free → Basic → Pro)
- Takes effect immediately
- Pro-rated credit for remaining days (if upgrading mid-cycle)
- Pay difference for current month
Example:
- Basic plan (₹149) - 15 days used
- Upgrade to Pro (₹999)
- Credit: ₹75 (for remaining 15 days of Basic)
- Pay: ₹999 - ₹75 = ₹924
6.2 Downgrade (Pro → Basic → Free)
- Takes effect at the end of current billing cycle
- No refund for difference
- Features reduced after cycle ends
Example:
- Pro plan paid on Jan 1 (₹999)
- Downgrade to Basic on Jan 15
- Pro access until: Jan 31
- Basic plan starts: Feb 1 (charged ₹149)
- Refund: None
7. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & DISCOUNTS
- Special offers may have different refund terms
- Discount codes are non-refundable
- Refund calculated on actual paid amount, not original price
- Promotional period terms mentioned at time of purchase
8. TECHNICAL ISSUES & SERVICE CREDITS
8.1 Platform Downtime
- Planned maintenance: No refunds (notified in advance)
- Unplanned outage >24 hours: 1-day service credit
- Major outage >3 days: Pro-rated refund or extension
8.2 Feature Malfunction
- AI service errors: Report to support for resolution
- Temporary issues: No refunds (resolved within 24-48 hours)
- Persistent problems: Service credit or refund considered
9. DISPUTED TRANSACTIONS
9.1 Unauthorized Charges
- Report within 7 days: Full investigation + refund
- Report after 7 days: Case-by-case review
- Bank disputes: Cooperate with payment gateway investigation
9.2 Duplicate Charges
- Automatically refunded within 7-10 business days
